Dr. Maggie Germscheid PT, DPT, PF1
Sports and Orthopedic Physical Therapist & Lead Women's Health Therapist

I specialize in treating active women and mothers who are experiencing pelvic pain and related conditions. This includes urinary incontinence (urgency or leakage), pain with insertion, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, and more. I am passionate about supporting women through every stage of motherhood — from pregnancy to postpartum and beyond. When you schedule with me, you can expect personalized, one-on-one, holistic care. I combine exercise, education, and hands-on manual therapy to guide you through injury rehabilitation and into restorative and preventative phases of care.
Whether your goal is spending pain-free time with your family or returning to high-level workouts, I will collaborate with you to create a plan that helps you feel strong, confident, and supported while achieving long-term results. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy staying active, playing volleyball, exploring the outdoors around Minnesota, and spending quality time with friends and family.
