I look forward to meeting and getting to know you if you decide to work with Revival.
I grew up in the Anoka, MN area where my love for staying active began. I have always been involved with activities from a young age which culminated with 4 years of collegiate football at the College of St. Scholastica, where I also earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Some of my favorite hobbies include golf, fishing, basketball, and spending time with family. My goal as a physical therapist in Minneapolis is to give my clients the tools to feel better tomorrow, but also continue to feel better for life. I don’t believe aches and pains are something you “just have to live with” and they shouldn’t stop you from enjoying your life to the fullest

Sports and Orthopedic Physical Therapist

I completed my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Missouri State University. I became a physical therapist after experiencing various injuries as a college athlete. My experiences as a patient have influenced my collaborative approach that empowers patients to reach their specific goals while keeping them doing what they love.
My core values of compassion and communication help form the basis of advocating for optimum patient care. I enjoy treating a wide variety of diagnoses including general weakness, pelvic health related concerns, and high level sports performance injuries. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge to motivate and promote healthy lifestyles in the patients that I work with, ranging from pediatric through geriatric populations. Outside of work, you can find me spending time with my fiancé and our two rescue pups, Bernie and Dack. I’m an avid marathon runner and foodie. I love to be outdoors, travel, play board games, and relax with friends and family.
