Hello there! A little about myself—I grew up in Rogers, MN and attended The College of Saint Scholastica after high school, where I received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy. I also played four years of college football, which helped shape my passion for health, movement, and helping others stay active.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy living an active lifestyle and taking advantage of everything Minnesota has to offer. From running, hunting, fishing, golfing, and skiing to spending quality time with my wife and kids, I believe staying active and enjoying life's adventures is an important part of overall health and wellness.
I am excited to work as your physical therapist in Minneapolis and believe that YOU have the power to overcome nagging aches and pains with the right combination of exercise, education, and hands-on care. My goal is to help you get back to doing the things you love and to give you the tools and confidence to stay active for years to come.
