Dr. Maggie Germscheid
PT, DPT, PF1
Sports and Orthopedic Physical Therapist & Lead Women's Health Therapist

Hello! I’m passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and supported through every stage of life. I completed both my undergraduate degree and Doctorate in Physical Therapy at St. Catherine University and have dedicated my career to helping women navigate pelvic health concerns.
I work with individuals experiencing orthopedic conditions including pain, injury, and movement limitations that impact daily life, work, and physical activity. I am passionate about supporting women throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond, empowering them to return to the activities they love while feeling informed and confident in their bodies.
When you schedule with me, you can expect personalized, one-on-one care in a supportive and comfortable environment. I combine exercise, education, and hands-on manual therapy to guide you through rehabilitation, recovery, and preventative care so you can feel strong through everyday life. One of my favorite things about being a physical therapist is helping people rediscover what their bodies are capable of so they can continue showing up fully in their activities and for the people they love most.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy staying active, playing volleyball, exploring Minnesota's parks, curling up with a good book, and spending quality time with friends and family. Whether your goal is chasing after your kids, getting back to your favorite workouts, or feeling more confident in your body, my goal is to provide the tools, guidance, and support you need to make meaningful progress and feel your best!
